Dato-DXd-Kombinationen als Erstlinie bei fortgeschrittenem NSCLC
Die TROPION-Lung04-Studie untersucht die Kombination von Datopotamab-Deruxtecan (Dato-DXd) mit Durvalumab, mit oder ohne Chemotherapie, als potenzielle Erstlinienbehandlung für fortgeschrittenen NSCLC. Erste Ergebnisse zeigen eine vielversprechende Wirksamkeit und ein überschaubares Sicherheitsprofil in therapienaiven Patienten.

Trotz der unterschiedlichen Ergebnisse mit Anti-TROP2-Antikörper-Wirkstoff-Konjugaten (ADCs) bei vorbehandeltem nicht-kleinzelligem Bronchialkarzinom (NSCLC) ist ihr Potenzial für die Erstlinientherapie vielversprechend. (1, 2)
